So my BlackBerry server is up, but my BlackBerry isn't getting messages from it. I'm giving Sprint Corporate Sales/Support the chance to demonstrate whether they're a crack team or just on crack.
It's very likely that I'm not getting messages because the sales team didn't sell me the right add-ons for my "Everything BlackBerry" service contract (which isn't "Everything" but rather is "Everything but Enterprise Support") to allow the server to send me stuff.

Date: 2008-09-12 02:33 am (UTC)It's a new BlackBerry, it's new service, and there's a really good chance that Sprint sales has no idea what they're supposed to be selling us to support the BES. It's a really common issue with new customers setting up a new BES.

just to make sure try re-registering the BB on the network (settings-Option-Advance options-Host Routing Table- Click the BB button and select "Regsiter Now" You should then get a message that your BB is registerd on the network, if not call sprint.
Let me know how it works out
