bovilSo my BlackBerry server is up, but my BlackBerry isn't getting messages from it. I'm giving Sprint Corporate Sales/Support the chance to demonstrate whether they're a crack team or just on crack.
It's very likely that I'm not getting messages because the sales team didn't sell me the right add-ons for my "Everything BlackBerry" service contract (which isn't "Everything" but rather is "Everything but Enterprise Support") to allow the server to send me stuff.
