Ok, first when was the last time your BES talked to your BB, you can look on the BES and see last time connected, if it looks like they are talking but just no email, try resending the service book from the BES server, also just make sure you have "Wireless Email Sync" sent to true.

If they ahve not talked in awhile go ahead and do another Enterprise Activaion over the air. this will make sure your IT Policy and service book are in sync

just to make sure try re-registering the BB on the network (settings-Option-Advance options-Host Routing Table- Click the BB button and select "Regsiter Now" You should then get a message that your BB is registerd on the network, if not call sprint.
