Well, don't take too much of this advice. The bit about picking up nigiri with your fingers and flipping it over before dipping it is right. The bit about soaking up gallons of shoyu isn't.
It almost seems like this is a satire. I mean it's done in a pretty broad style with some pretty ridiculous stuff- I mean the correct place to move aside the curtain hanging in the door.....compete with angle and measurements? That cannot be meant to be taken seriously.....even in Japan......can it?
