We've got 90 days from purchase to decide on the extended warranty (and the Xerox warranty is a doozy... replacement equipment or return for refund, no questions asked, standard 1 year and extendable to 3 or 4).

He's working on it. I'm tempted to print up the fliers with "Tell us you saw us at LosCon! Register online and enter couponcode before January 1, and save $10 on your full attending membership!" on the back, and just send you 10-20 registration forms with an area that you can mark the discount by hand in case there are people who want to pay you right there and then.

Our IT folks unboxed the Xerox Phaser (I think it's the 4500) yesterday. The box was five feet high and attached to a pallet (there were three boxes in the one large box). Hope your is smaller and fits in the car.
