Renaissance at dafont.com isn't really -- but it's got its fair share of flourishes;
Luminarium has a number of calligraphic fonts with variable readability;
I think your best bet is probably at Scriptorium, which has both fonts and borders. I've been aware of their stuff since the early 90s, and I know they've put a lot of work in.

the source nearest and dearest to my heart is Brown's Women Writers Online. It's now got about 100 Renaissance texts available in a subset known as Renaissance Women Online (fancy that!). I'm not sure if they've put up page or image scans in addition to the transcribed texts, but in many instances the microfilms ought to be available.
I can't now find the site on renaissance women writers that Germaine Greer has been involved with in the UK, but I suspect a small bit of google-fu would turn it up.
