Dave says we'll have to sell the place in order to get what he wants. (We don't own, and he didn't say what he wanted). I haven't seen the entire site yet, but does the SFM know about this? At the Farscape Auction, I told the winners that they could "lend" their investment to them. One lady who won Aeryn Sun's leather coat actually contacted them about the loan possiblity. Sigh. Someone needs to send this link to Paul Allen!
