Well...

I may have to go to Flickr after all.

  • I don't have enough storage on my web hosting service for everything. That's pretty simple.
  • The LJ scrapbook also doesn't give me enough storage for everything
  • Flickr Pro is only $25/year for what they claim is "unlimited" storage and bandwidth. That's pretty cheap. Definitely cheaper than more storage with my hosting company.
  • Adobe Bridge includes Flickr upload integration, and I've started using Bridge to manage my photo library.

On a totally different note, if you use Photoshop and haven't checked out The Russell Brown Show you must. Russell is a serious Photoshop mechanic, and his tutorials are funny and educational. ADIM (the Art Directors Invitational Masterclass that he helped found) is one of the best Adobe seminars ever (and I've got some of his old class CDs courtesy of a friend who used to get them every year at NAB).
