Well, the last year and a half, we've been a bit over-committed on the convention volunteering front. In addition to the heavy load promoting CC26, we were on the committees for Anime Los Angeles 2007, BayCon 2007 and Westercon 2007.

So we're seriously cutting back for the near future.

BayCon is the last "open" party we throw at a convention for a while. We may offer to host "Sweets" on occasion; it's a relatively low-effort party, just a bit of snack shopping. We will do invitation-only parties, even fancy invitation-only parties on occasion (we've got ideas for FC and Gallifrey next year). But it's going to probably be a while before we throw a big open party again.

I'm thinking about our volunteer schedule for 2009 and 2010. I think we're only going to volunteer for one convention a year.

We are thinking about offering to work on World Fantasy Convention 2009 (San Jose, November 2009), perhaps running hospitality. We're not going to make any commitment until August, though.

I have been thinking about offering to run Video Masquerade for CC28 (Milwaukee, May 2010). This is mostly a pre-con function, with a lot of pimping required; it's not been a very successful event, and unlike the fashion folio has far more production lead time (you can't just crunch it into a day or two). Again, not until August.
