So I had this morning meeting today...

...which, of course, means it's an "I'd forget my head if it wasn't attached" day.

My phone (which at least made sure I got to the meeting on time) is still sitting at the side of the bed.

My iPod (which I re-synced last night) is still sitting next to the computer.

At least I remembered my wallet and keys (and tanked up the bike last night).

Gaah...

This "China" essay I'm writing up for furcon is driving me mad.

I've got the semi-legendary Xia Dynasty, writing on tortoises and China's first dragon totem.

I haven't got an animist folk religion turned organized state religion or an overall cultural fascination with mythical beasts, both of which made doing a short essay on Japan relatively easy (as Hinduism will likely make writing about anthropomorphic animals in India easy).

Gaah.
