Website geekery...
Sep. 20th, 2005 06:20 pmSpent the last few hours (well, time over the last day and a half) installing and configuring Joomla, integrating Gallery2, and migrating my web content into the new site.
The new design for The Bovine Illuminati is by no means exciting (nor is it even without flaws) but it does...
I'm going to sit back a bit before I go in and build a custom theme for myself (yes, I need the holstein spots back, and many of the images are designed for a white background, which I also want back). Still, not bad for only a few hours.

- have all the existing content that the old site did
- work better with a more secure version of Gallery
- integrate my LiveJournal and friends page better (and might even cure the scramble that bad HTML in memes used to do on my friends page)
