Interesting reading, thankyer. I must admit that Prop 87 is one I found v. difficult to decide for/against.

I chuckle that the amount spent on this proposition is probably larger in proportion to the proposed revenue than on any other proposition in the state's history. How long before we reach the point where more money is spent arguing about a tax than the tax would raise? :)
