I've been having this discussion with karisu_sama.
All pre-monies (pre-sup, friend, bidcom and pre-op) go to the Hollister in 2008 committee to cover bid expenses. If there's anything left after paying for the party and a program book ad, it will go to the BASFA (http://www.basfa.org) party fund to pay for BASFA parties at future conventions.
